A Professional License / Civil Company is a business for professionals in recognized fields such as Lawyers, Accountants, Engineers, consultants, etc. The owners / partners (expats) retain 100% ownership of the company’s shares. The requirement still holds and a professional license / civil company require a Local Service Agent to complete the formalities. A local service agent doesn’t have any equity participation or liability in the business. The role of the Local Service Agent is limited to obtaining a license, visa, and labor card.
